Step into a world where imagination meets refreshment, where flavors dance like stars in a moonlit sky, and where every sip tells a story. Welcome to the Sallie Tomato Mocktail Maker blog, where we embark on a tantalizing journey through the enchanting realm of non-alcoholic mixology. We’ve found some delicious mocktails that remind us of our favorite patterns! Test out which pair is your favorite & enjoy something to sip on while you're sewing the night away!

Backyard Caddy

Before we get into the fun mocktails, you'll need something cute to hold your drinks & supplies! We love our Backyard Caddy to hold all of our cans of sparkling water! This pattern helps with storage and organization while making our fun drinks!

Ginger

Of course, when we were thinking of a bubbly drink that would pair with our Ginger pattern, we had to come up with something that had actual ginger in it! Load up with a healthy elixir to keep your body optimized—This grapefruit ginger turmeric mocktail is a fruity, festive drink spiced up with immune boosting, anti-inflammatory superfoods. The best part is that there’s no juicer needed: Simply grate, mix, strain, and sip!

Makes 2 glasses.

  • 2 cups (500ml) freshly squeezed grapefruits juice (from about 5 to 6 grapefruits)
  • A knob of peeled ginger root (approx. 2-inch)
  • A knob of peeled turmeric root (approx. 1-inch)
  • Crushed ice
  • Grapefruit slices, for garnish
  • Sparkling water (optional)
  • Honey (optional)
  1. Squeeze grapefruits to collect the juice. Grate ginger and turmeric in a pitcher and pour in grapefruit juice and 1 or 2 tablespoons honey (optional). Mix with a cocktail spoon and let sit a few minutes to let the flavors develop.
  2. Pour juice through a strainer and discard turmeric and ginger remnants. Keep chilled in the refrigerator until serving.
  3. Rim the glasses with sugar. Add crushed ice and pour the grapefruit turmeric ginger juice over. Fill to the top (add sparkling water if you want) and garnish with a quarter slice of grapefruit. Enjoy!

Gigi

Gigi is sweet, sophisticated, but has some spice with her Strap Chain and single strapped detailing which is why a Spicy Pineapple Margarita is the perfect pairing! In this drink, Jalapenos give a very mild punch, Pineapple and mint give it a refreshing zing.

Ingredients

  • Pineapple chopped – ½ cup.
  • Pineapple Juice* – 1 cup (I used fresh home-made Pineapple juice)
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves – 6 to 7
  • Jalapenos – 4 to 5 slices (Remove the seeds)
  • Sparkling water / Plain soda – 500 ml
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Red chili powder – ¼ tsp
  • Few lemon slices, mint leaves and jalapenos for garnishing
  • Ice cubes
  1. Take Jalapeno slices, chopped pineapple, mint leaves and sugar in a big glass. Muddle it well. Keep it aside.
  2. On a plate, mix salt and chili powder.
  3. Take 2 glasses. Moisten the rim with lemon slices. Now draw the lemon along the entire rim, squeezing gently until the edge is uniformly moistened. Evenly dip the rim into a salt and chili powder mixture.
  4. Now take ice cubes in glasses. Divide muddled mixture in 2 glasses.
  5. Add Pineapple juice and sparkling water (add it when you are ready to serve). Mix gently.
  6. And the Pineapple Jalapeno Mocktail is ready. Garnish it with some lemon wedges, sliced jalapeno and mint leaves.
