I was told there was a warehouse fire so my order was delayed; I was supposed to have received a email explaining but did not. The last time I purchased here, my order was delayed for a different reason. I realize every business cannot compete with Amazon but shipping speed matters to me only because I make custom bags and need to receive my order within a reasonable amount of time. Moving forward I will only order from this vendor as a last resort.

It appears that your last order placed in February was shipped within our 1-3 day processing time. I find that Sallie Tomato makes the best quality zipper pulls and zippers by the yard for my bag making. Their zippers and pulls are the finishing touches towards my bags having a professionally made look!
