If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. All purchases of Patterns & PDF patterns, Books, gift cards, subscriptions, sewing machines and clearance items are final, meaning they are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of the item being returned to us. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Cork Fabric over a yard may qualify for a full refund. Cork Fabric under a yard will have a 25% restocking fee.
