REFUND POLICY

Returns 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. If you have purchased Sewing machine feet or accessories, we need to be contacted within 3 days of delivery for returns.  They must be returned in new condition.  If there is a discrepancy in your order, we need to be contacted within 2 days of receipt of your package.  All purchases of Patterns & PDF patterns, Books, gift cards, subscriptions, sewing machines and clearance items are final, meaning they are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if applicable.

Refunds 

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of the item being returned to us.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Cut goods will have a 25% restocking fee. 

Exchanges 
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@sallietomato.com and send your item to: 112 Karavan Drive, Fox Lake WI 53933, United States. 

Shipping 
Qualifying item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt to our warehouse: 112 Karavan Dr, Fox Lake WI 53933, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for misdelivered mail due to wrong address or misdelivery by the mail service of your choice.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
