REFUND POLICY

Returns 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can offer an online credit to use on sallietomato.com if we still stock the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; otherwise, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

All purchases of paper patterns, PDF patterns, books, gift cards, subscriptions, sewing machines, sewing machine accessories including feet ,grab bags, mystery items, and clearance items are final, meaning they are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of the item being returned to us. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Cut goods-meaning fabric, interfacing, zippers, webbing, etc. will have a 25% restocking fee. 


Shipping 
Qualifying item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval to our warehouse: Sallie Tomato Warehouse, ATTN: Returns, 112 Karavan Dr, Fox Lake WI 53933, United States. Buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the tracking information provided by your chosen carries states that the package has been lost or delivered it is the purchaser's responsibility to open an investigation with that carrier. If you are shipping an item , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if applicable.
