Welcome to the month of August! A new month of sewing patterns & traveling around the globe! It's time to venture off to a brand new destination, known for mesmerizing coastlines, idyllic mountains, sweeping deserts & more: welcome to Argentina!
Let's get to the shining stars of the month: say hello to Sloane, the multi-functional backpack pattern, & Heidi, the zippered pouch companion!
Let's take a closer look at that NEW, versatile Sloane pattern! This convertible backpack can be carried on your back, over the shoulder or even crossbody. The name and design of this pattern was inspired by the actress Mia Sara, who played Sloane Peterson in Ferris Buellers Day Off. A secret zipper pocket in front and pockets inside give you space to organize.
Let's not forget about theperfect pouch pattern, Heidi! The full & mini sizes are included with the pattern. The mini size is ideal to attach around bag straps and handles so you can easily reach for your essentials. The full size is great on its own for day errands or evening events. The name and design was inspired by the legendary, wanderlust story of a young girl named Heidi.
