Great product! Used in a wallet to provide a layer of protection. Excited to use this again in more projects.
Thank you so much, Michelle! I’m glad to hear the RFID fabric worked so well for your wallet project. It’s such a great way to add that extra layer of protection, and I love that you’re excited to use it in more makes. Can’t wait to see what you create next!
Thank you so much, Pamela! We’re so glad to hear the Binder Pouch came together smoothly for you. Clear instructions make all the difference, and it’s wonderful to know they helped your project shine. We’d love to see you show off this gorgeous finished pouch! That fabric is so pretty with the hummingbirds. Please show it off in our Sallie Tomato Patterns & Hardware Facebook group or tag us on Instagram @sallietomatopatterns.
This is a fun project. I made one small and one large. I didn’t have any cork fabric on hand, so I made a substitute. I took heat n bond lite and fused two pieces of fabric together. I tend to made the project as instructed. Really fun!
Thank you so much, Shari! We’re thrilled you had fun with the Binder Pouch pattern — making both the small and large versions is such a great idea. Your fabric‑fused substitute sounds like a clever workaround, and we love that you enjoyed following the instructions as written. Thank you for sharing your cute ones here-that fabric is adorable. If you’d like to show off your pouches, we’d love to see them in our Sallie Tomato Patterns & Hardware Facebook group! ✨

sallie tomato
Hey friend! I'm Jess, the Founder of Sallie Tomato. I originally opened my shop in 2014 during college. I began by selling items that I had sewn myself. It wasn’t until 2016 that I released my first pattern, the Puppy Pillow. Now, my passion is to design quality sewing patterns, so you can create too!
Sallie Tomato provides sewing patterns, purse hardware, handbag zippers, cork fabric, and select sewing supplies for bag making.
The name of my shop developed around my middle name, Sallie. Also, the tomato pin cushion is a well-recognized symbol of sewing. Thank you for visiting my website!
