I have been gifted a lot of faux leather and have made 2 of these bags. They are the perfect size for when you need a bag that can serve as your purse but don’t want a full size tote bag. I usually carry a small cross body bag so the size of this bag is just a little bit larger for when you need some extra items tossed in.
I used this design and made one just a little larger that my daughter uses to carry her laptop in. It has no padding but works great for appointments when she doesn’t want to carry a bulky computer bag.

Hey friend! I'm Jess, the Founder of Sallie Tomato. I originally opened my shop in 2014 during college. I began by selling items that I had sewn myself. It wasn’t until 2016 that I released my first pattern, the Puppy Pillow. Now, my passion is to design quality sewing patterns, so you can create too!
