Join Jess from Sallie Tomato in the Zippy! These pretty and practical zippy bags can be made in two sizes! The Zippy Bags are the perfect size for traveling, shopping, and gifting! These bags can easily fit a phone, sunglasses, card wallet, checkbook, utensils, gum, and other small items! I like to clip my keys to one of the swivel clips while shopping. This pattern is also fat quarter friendly! It requires only a small amount of fabric. In the tutorial video, Jess completes the project from start to finish, following along with the pattern. Throughout the video Jess also explains some tips to help with the written instructions. Here is the video's breakdown:

Prepare the Main Zipper (1:22)
Create Zipper Pockets (4:14)
Assemble the Front (7:53)
Assemble the Back (14:01)
Assembling the Bag (22:30)
Make the Crossbody Strap (32:33)

FEATURES: adjustable crossbody strap, three exterior zipper pockets and zipper closure FINISHED SIZE: The mini measures 8" wide and 6" high. The full measures 8" wide and 8" high.

RECOMMENDED FABRICS: For the best results, use quilt weight cotton, canvas, touch pro light cork, denim, or linen for the exterior. I recommend quilt weight cotton for the lining.

HARDWARE REQUIRED: All of the hardware required for this pattern is included in the Zippy Hardware Kit, or can be purchased individually. Also choose to add tassels, rivets, and metal strap connectors if desired. Get the hardware kit here.
