Nice wallet but I would make a small change or 2 to the instructions. Sewing the magnet 1/8" from the edges and then trim it down. This is very tricky for a couple of reasons. 1/8" from the edge is close without cutting the leather and scissors that close to a magnet makes it difficult as well. I will trim the magnet plastic first next time or make the magnet leather strips a 1/4" wider so I don't have to trim. I just ordered more magnets to make a few more of these. Also, I would recommend a narrow zipper foot to sew this together.

Good kit to sew up however it was a little late and I couldn’t sew up in time to send presents off the recipient.

For fastest shipping after it leaves our warehouse, we recommend Priority mail or UPS Ground. Ground Advantage is the economy service and can take longer. I would rate it more difficult than 2 Beginner, but now that I've finished it, I'm ready to make more! The 1/8 seam allowances were difficult for me but maybe I need a more adaptive foot. Challenging, but fun!
Thank you Joan and we are glad that you want to make more. A narrow straight stitch foot or zipper foot is very helpful in making the 1/8' topstitching.
