Turtle Tex is not a standard cotton fabric. It is a coated cotton that is water resistant, soft and durable for bag linings. This is the perfect addition to any of your projects!

We recommend a cool or synthetic iron temperature on cotton fabric side. Coated side will 'fuse' to itself if pressing a fold or hem edge at a warmer temperature.

NEEDLE RECOMMENDATION: size 80/20 or 70/10

Hello, my name is Jessica Barrera and I'm the Founder of Sallie Tomato. I originally opened my shop in 2014 during college. I began by selling items that I had sewn myself. It wasn’t until 2016 that I released my first pattern, the Puppy Pillow. Now, my passion is to design quality sewing patterns, so you can create too!
