If a package is marked as delivered and is not received please contact your local post office or UPS to locate the package.
If a package is returned to Sallie Tomato due to insufficient address we will refund you the purchase price of the items, but Sallie Tomato will not refund shipping charges. We ship to the address that you have entered when you placed your order. If you want the order reshipped-we can bill you separately for shipping.

Our shipping is calculated by weight, dimensions of package, and location; however, sometimes the website makes a mistake, or we can fit it into a smaller size box than estimated. Orders ship promptly within 5-7 business days of receiving payment, unless an item is on back order or due to high sales volume.
Express orders, such as UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air, will ship the next day unless placed before 9 am CST. Standard delivery is 5-10 days. Priority is 3-6 days. Priority Express is 1-2 days. International is 3-45 days. Please understand that we try our best to provide timely service.
Please check the UPS site if they are guaranteeing 2nd Day air.
Free shipping items will be sent parcel ground. If you need it faster-shipping options are available for purchase.
